@MichaelArnaldi In the meantime Vercel released Next.js 16.3 with Instant Insights (which is exactly that) and konsistent (same, but for structural convention). I think this pattern, but open/shareable could be a banger (pitching @felixarntz about that hopefully next week)

How do you handle reliable skill activation? I am working on an Effect skill and I can't seem to find the right activation balance, thinking this should be deterministic and not left to chance

I contacted Ben during Covid. I randomly came across his podcast. He had the audacity to call it “how to take over the world”. And the theme song punched you in the face. It was one of the best shows I’d ever heard. So, we convinced him to work part time for My First Million, which is when we all got close. Ben is incredibly wise and such a wonderful person. He’s incredibly patient. And has a way about him where you feel like you want to come to him with problems because he has this wise energy about him that’ll help solve whatever you’re facing. What he’s facing is horrible. I’m very happy he’s sharing and that it helps. Looking forward to an episode on how to take over cancer.

Huge moment for Base UI. 2.5 years of extremely hard work from a small, obsessive team. shadcn/ui has shaped how a generation builds React apps. Now, we have a chance to raise both the floor and the ceiling for UI quality across the web. Excited to see how far we can take it.
shadcn@shadcn

Starting today, we are making @base_ui the default component library in shadcn/ui. First, a bit of history. When shadcn/ui launched in 2023, it was built on Radix. At the time, nothing else came close. Headless. Accessible. Composable. Fast forward a few years and the team who built Radix are building something new: Base UI.

@schickling Just opened claude in a regular terminal on my mac and I suspect it's actually specifically broken in VSCode terminal... In the native one it works perfectly

I gotta say. The new Claude Code TUI feels really really good - much closer to a capable web app. Definitely best in class right now IMO. Particularly the multi-agent experience and mouse support feel like a huge step forward in term of UX. Well done whoever built this!

@felixarntz Hey Felix! I just found out about the project via Malte's tweet. Found your profile via the GitHub commits. This is dope, and I think it's super close to something that could get widely adopted. Very interested in hearing what you think 🙏 x.com/borisfyi/statu…

@cramforce I'm gonna cry this is SO CLOSE to what I imagined! Make this shareable like skills.sh, ship it alongside skills and here we go: Instant Insights like experience for everything! More context here: x.com/borisfyi/statu…

Enforce structural conventions in your TypeScript projects through deterministic checks: 𝚙𝚗𝚙𝚖 𝚊𝚍𝚍 𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚗𝚝 --𝚜𝚊𝚟𝚎-𝚍𝚎𝚟 𝚗𝚙𝚡 𝚜𝚔𝚒𝚕𝚕𝚜 𝚊𝚍𝚍 𝚟𝚎𝚛𝚌𝚎𝚕-𝚕𝚊𝚋𝚜/𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚗𝚝 --𝚜𝚔𝚒𝚕𝚕 𝚔𝚘𝚗𝚜𝚒𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚗𝚝-𝚌𝚘𝚗𝚏𝚒𝚐

I 100% agree with @schickling: software engineering industrialization is happening. We need standards that are: - much stricter and opinionated than before - enforceable (amap) - shareable (so we should have a standard for... standards) x.com/schickling/sta…

As the cost per creating a line of code goes down, the trade-offs of extra pedantic code rules tilt towards "more is better". These rules make the agent slightly slower on the initial creation time, but then make all further work easier. This new library with the appropriate German name is for these extra deep rules

Can confirm that this is the best decision for my business I've made in a long time Being able to plan courses in collaboration with an agent that understands my entire business context feels ridiculous I can just say things like: - "pull up what my students think about autocompact" - "Is this section missing any major talking points" - "What problems did people have with this section during the last cohort" - "What are people excited to learn right now" Nucking futs

Doing my first ever experiments with a personal, entirely agent-managed Karpathy-style wiki X, Discord, Gmail are all being ingested into it every few hours This is the knowledge base that will serve as the environment for all of my future loops

Dropping unnecessary explicit depends_on values from modules within a Terraform repo has reduced the graph edge count by 84% 😅
