@nyaraVT Interesting all those people arguing you cant work for and endo charity without having the problem dont seem to have an issue with any other charity. They dont demand youre homeless to work for Shelter for example. I

@Nev7s1Nev7s @DailyMail SO you cant work for Shelter unless your homeless - is that the rule now - you have to have the disease or experience of the issue before you can work for something - thats going to cause a problem for ALOT of charities!

@p1nkempress_ Doesnt help when pretty much every global map uses a projection that makes the northern hemisphere look bigger and the southern hemisphere look smaller. It makes it look like US is bigger than Africa which is very much isnt!

@Peakfanblog I agree - as someone who has to work & has other commitments I tend to not get to much cricket other than the Chesterfield festival as its my club so I make an effort to try and help out. The streams are great and I would happily pay a fee to watch but not one to each county!

@majinbuumcp2 @FatherChrisVor1 @LukeMye48429084 You will be shocked when you realise the God of Islam is the same God of Christianity - they split at some point in the Old Testament but this 'false God' you claim is the same OT God of Judaism & Christianity!

The Pope removed his shoes in a mosque and people are outraged? That’s not compromise. That’s basic respect. If you enter someone’s home or sacred space, you honor their customs. We expect it in our churches. Why pretend not to understand it anywhere else?

I’d pay for my own county, at a push, despite my in-principle objections. I’m damn well not paying for all of the opposition teams as well. That way madness lies! But the whole concept is misconceived and poorly thought through. The current system is joyous. It enables us to flit between streams to follow the exciting bits as each game progresses. There are multiple good reasons to keep streaming free and those reasons outweigh the marginal financial benefits of going ahead with a paywall. Clubs need to be more creative about how to monetise their content. Hiding county cricket behind a subscription will just shrink the game further.

Interesting story, Lancashire looking to charge for live County Championship streaming. How many county cricket followers out there love it enough to pay for a subscription to watch it?

@cibriddon @EFCLyndon Nobody is arguing for hair pulling to be part of the game. But neither of those incidents are 'violent' and they shouldn't be treated as such. A foul and a yellow card would suffice. Only send someone off if they violently pull someone's hair.

@Birchy_Steve @EFCLyndon The rule is there to remove hair pulling from the game - players know the rules so know they will be sent off if they do it. Carricks response is embarrasing as is anybody who tries to defend it.

@cibriddon @EFCLyndon I am well aware as I was at the Wolves game. The rule has been applied consistently across the two incidents, but the rule itself is still wrong and needs to change.

@RobChadwick8 @EFCLyndon He has hold of his hair - thats a red card - there is no degree to it - hair pull = red card. Plus its far more than what Keane did v Wolves!

@EFCLyndon It was even less of a pull than Michael Keane’s. A foul, a yellow at a push but certainly not a red.

@Birchy_Steve @EFCLyndon You might want to compare the one last night to Keanes v Wolves who literally just had his hand on his hair and was sent off and got a 3 match ban. At least the rule was applied consistently!

@EFCLyndon Probably. We know how this goes... Carrick is right though. It's ludicrous for a light tug of a pony tail to be 'violent conduct'. It's a foul/booking and no more. Players should only be getting sent off for this if they proper skull rag someone in an actual violent manner.

@dgriffinpix @DerbyshireCCC @deany75 My take was that it was just disappointing as beating Lancs at Old Trafford wouldve made a statement as to where we are this season. Lancs bowled well and but for a couple of players - nobody gave their wicket away. Sometimes you have to give credit to greats like Jimmy Anderson

@Grayzer__ @JohnBrewin_ DO you want refs to be consistent or not - hair pull = red card. Or do you only disagree when its a Man Utd player getting sent off - did you make this much fuss when Keane was sent off v Wolves?

@Field_FTP @JohnBrewin_ But the fact that Keane was sent off means the decision last night was correct - thats what consistency means!

@JohnBrewin_ Point to the law... and then show us all "with force" in the action please. Because so many dont seem to understand the laws around this at all. It was a flawed process from start to finish. And several examples show why. Did you think the same when Keane was sent off?
