Tanks have had:
Super buffed health
Super buffed cooldowns
Were give 3 additional passives at one point
Are still raid bosses compared to dps and win 90+% of match ups without trying

Preliminary thoughts going into day 2:
- New heroes are mostly fun & unique, not 'it's x hero with y ability'
- Lots of little changes that give a feeling of freshness
- Most perks seem insignificant but the concept is good
- The game still feels like OW (that's good & bad)
