@SlamminBjB@DoctorTurtleboy And all of the footnotes that the Mcalbertiggins included actually show that Aiden really believed what he was saying, show that what they state isn’t what happened, or have hyperlinks when clicked on go to a site saying “404 Page Not Found.” It’s wholly embarrassing.
Feds tell court that former Stoughton cop Matthew Farwell wrote a stunning note to a friend on the day news broke that a new medical report found Farwell's mistress had died in 2021 by strangulation, not suicide.
"In that note, he tells his friend that
he wishes 'this had all gone a different way.' Farwell asks his friend not to forget his wife and to
step in and raise his children. He indicates that 'this is the hardest thing [he has] ever done,' and that he would see his friend 'on the other side,' " federal prosecutors said in a court filing.
The full June 24, 2024, note has not been made public.
Federal prosecutors quoted the note while firing back at Farwell's defense attempt to win his release on bail. He awaits trial on charges of murdering Sandra Birchmore, 24, whom the govt. says was a victim of grooming and statutory rape at age 15. She became a member of the Stoughton Police Explorers Academy at age 12.
Prosecutors also say Farwell's phone reveals his ongoing interest in porn involving young teen girls and domination. The govt. argues he is a "danger to the community" and should not be released. In a prior court filing, the govt. revealed DNA evidence ties Farwell to the strap found around Birchmore's neck. The Norfolk County District Attorney's office investigated her death but filed no charges.
A detention hearing is scheduled for Tues. morning, 4/28, in federal court in Boston.

The thin blue line is strong, Do you think Proctor Dever or Goode remember Mike Dowd?
He Agreed to testify before the Mollen Commission, which was created to investigate NYPD corruption. This was in the early 1990s, right after his arrest blew the lid off the 75th Precinct scandal. He admitted his own corruption openly
BUT he refused to implicate other NYPD officers
Let that sink in.
He’s sitting there as one of the most corrupt cops in NYC history…
And still draws the line at naming others.
The way @RosemaryScapicc clutched her heart when relaying Proctor’s n-word text almost made me cry. The world would be a better place if just half the people in power cared half as much about justice and fairness. I’m grateful that at least we have her 👑
@FrankVegas3982@DoctorTurtleboy@LauraReark This is the nature of civil suits. And at this point, I’d be more willing to bet that it is true than that it isn’t. We shall see.
The McAlberts have desperately tried to rewrite history by claiming that the crowds outside supporting Karen Read were violent, unruly, and threatening. They claim in their lawsuit that supporters shouted at them, calling them murderers as they entered the court DURING the trial. This never happened, as there was a strictly enforced buffer zone, and all of the witnesses came into the courthouse heavily protected by police. But even before there was a buffer zone this is typically what Jen McCabe went through on her way into court with the O'Keefe family - silence.
What if the photos found in Michael Proctor’s phone didn’t come from his personal life at all…
…but from phone extractions he conducted while on duty?
What if those images were originally obtained as evidence?
What if the same material now being labeled “too sensitive” to review… is the exact material that shows how it was handled after it was collected?
Because if that’s even partially true… Then this isn’t about “protecting privacy.”
It’s about asking Who had access to that evidence? Where was it stored? And how did it end up being shared outside official channels?
And here’s the part that doesn’t sit right, We’re being told to be careful because of the women in those images……but what if those women only became “part of this”
because their private data was collected and then mishandled?
So now the question isn’t
“Why are these texts embarrassing?”
It’s “What do these texts reveal about how evidence, and people were treated?”
Just a “what if,” though… right?
Prom Dress Shopping Day 2: We are at Windsor in the North Dartmouth Mall. This is a much better environment for Jeorgia. No one is bothering her, infact, we are on our own. She pulled 6 dresses right away. Prices here are between $100 and $200 and she is very happy about that.
@BoozeyBeauty@1_and_only_Wade I remember we were texting when that happened!
Mello catching charges at the hospital was definitely not on my bingo card. Couldn't make it up if we tried.
@1_and_only_Wade Being threatened of being run over by a certain family member after trial 2 verdict, where Karen Read was found not guilty of running over her boyfriend with her SUV, certainly wasn't on mine...
At this point, I’ve lost track of all the crazy shenanigans & developments that have arisen from the Karen Read trial(s). What is the ultimate “didn’t have that on my Bingo card” moment for you if you had to pick just one?!
The more we find out about the reprehensible things that were happening under candidate Greg Connor's leadership at the NFDA's office, the more insulting it is that he's even running. He must think by ignoring it he can side-step taking responsibility for it. But he can't.

Farwell basically confessed to a friend he killed Sandra Birchmore. Still no state charges from the crooked district attorney in Norfolk. #sandrabirchmore
