You are not familiar with LA's geography. It is not 'fallen trees', it is THOUSANDS of sq miles of shrubs, much harder to 'clear out'

This reply is meant to be constructive, not hostile. Start with: 1. Ensure that there is adequate water and pressure in fire hydrants. 2. Clean up shrub and fallen trees in forests consistently. 3. Execute controlled fires (turns out the native Americans had this one figured out many hundreds of years before US was a country) Just these will go a lot further than complaining about climate change. This is not a denial that climate change is real, but complaining about it is not a strategy. Nor is demanding that all of human civilization stop using energy to exist. Such a request will not get very far. This disaster has revealed many deficiencies in local and state management of public infrastructure. I am not claiming that all of the above would make the problem go away entirely, but the lack of these activities to safeguard LA is unacceptable.
