WE GOT THE WIN ON CHILD BENEFIT! Chancellor tipped me off before budget, said this was due in large to MSE/my shows campaigning all based on all those of your who messaged me to say it was the key thing to put to him So 1) From this April threshold which hasn't moved since 2013 rises from a single parent earning £50,000 to £60,000 and you lose child benefit totally at £80,000 (not £60,000) 2) Consultation on moving it to family income not individual income and hopefully that'll be in place from April 2026 (this is to stop unfairness for single income/single parent) families. #Budget2024 #BudgetXplanations

@CWOA you have lost the plot today! Car park an unmanaged disaster, filthy stinking toilets and don’t get me started on your reserve and ride system!! Changing the time constantly therefore not allowing us to queue for anything else.

@IKEAUK I have never experienced such poor service! An incorrect delivery is bad enough but to then be told our delivery will be 4 days later is not great but you’ve now failed at that. Your agent said we couldn’t speak to a manager. And we must chase a delivery company.

@Argos_Online if a customer has been severely let down it is customary for a manager to agree to speak to them not ask your advisor to inform them that he has told me everything. Also it is horrific service to hang up on a customer just because they refuse to accept your failure

@Argos_Online I am disgusted with the service I have received. A bed that took well over 3 weeks to come now has a box missing and cannot be completed. When calling I am informed that Thursday is the best I can expect for re delivery. @RobertDyas ordered Friday delivered today.
