At a certain point you’re just repeating yourself. We get it you aren’t maga anymore. What alternate solutions are you offering? Or are you just virtue signaling by complaining? There’s a whole eco system of ostensibly rw people on here who exist only to attack the right

i think the reason bright, energetic young men butt heads with schoolteachers, overwhelmingly women, is teachers simply have no theory of mind for male students, or arent willing to find the patience necessary to teach boys, whose learning styles are significantly higher variance

As a single mother and a UC professor, I see firsthand how the $15,588 annual tuition price tag is forcing our brightest students to struggle just to get by. When I’m Governor, we will restore California’s promise of free tuition for our residents. A degree shouldn't come with a lifetime of debt.
Katie Porter@katieporterca

California has some of the world’s best universities, yet our students are fleeing the state to find affordable education. I’m putting a stop to that. By offering two years of free community college followed by two free years at a UC or CSU, my plan will allow every Californian to earn a four-year degree 100% tuition-free.

My most feminist take is that while I 100% sympathize with men’s complaints about how annoying and retarded women are, it’s their fault the situation got so out of hand in the first place and the only way to fix it is to take it back by force but of course ain’t nobody want that

@SaladBarFan One of the biggest reasons foids are getting so out of pocket these days is because of how disconnected and clueless they've become about the male world of violence and how that violence is the only reason they have the cushy pampered lives they do

If every person I met on my recent trip to Los Angeles who told me they want to leave Los Angeles really did it, at once, the sudden shift in weight distribution might unleash a deadly seismic event. For their own safety, I urge these people to form a line & flee one at a time.

He also ignores one of the main threads of the polemic, which actually isn’t a straightforward economic argument, but rather the observation that many of the negative externalities of women’s mass exodus from the home are sociocultural — e.g. effects on children, stress on marriages, hollowing of civic life, workplace feminization, DEI nonsense — and thus not quantifiable in strictly economic terms at all. You can say those things are overblown or even Good Actually but at that point we’re no longer arguing over data.
Anna Khachiyan@annakhachiyan

The main problem with his criticism of conservative antifeminist critics like Inez Stepman and Helen Andrews etc is that he assumes they assume their theories are purely scientific vs explanatory models, which are incomplete by definition. In other words, in spite of its own claims to levelheadedness and impartiality, it inevitably devolves into personal attacks over their level of investment in “blaming women.” Even if there’s some truth to what he’s saying, I don’t see how this should be disqualifying since the main utility of their case is showing how a relatively small number of knowledge jobs have had an outsize impact on the culture by laundering bad economic and immigration policy. One of the most retarded things that everyone seems to take for granted is this idea that your polemic counts for less if you’re invested in it since all polemics, good or bad, obviously come from some sense of personal alienation or frustration. This is not the same as the classic woman move of making it about yourself and your personal grievances. I’m sure if he really thought about it, he’d have to grant that it’s funny how this only seems to apply when you have an agenda of your own. “DoorDash and nannies are subsidized by the government by allowing illegal immigrants to come into the country so women can work, wtf did you just say???” Of course he saves his greatest outrage for one claim that should be uncontroversial on its face since it’s functionally how things work. It would’ve been more honest if he’d just called her a pickme.

The purpose of this of course is not to check or curb the often confusing and explosive sexual tension that will naturally arise between men and women left to their own devices but to introduce a procedural cope for the fact that any such eroticism was already scrubbed from common life
DEEP LEFT@Dljokl

The practical result of MeToo is a sexual morality more radical, puritanical, and anti-human than anything the right-wing can imagine. It's Prohibition on alcohol, Prohibition on sex, no sex between neighbors or coworkers or rich and poor, tall or short, white and asian...

This article is ostensibly a takedown of a mediocre band, but it's actually an advertisement for the Professional Culture Industry to show that it's still firing on all cylinders and can make something out of nothing. As a marketing/PR product, this story is quite impressive.

We do have to live like this. It’s God’s punishment for our incredible, hilarious, arrogant and utterly ignorant belief that we have the best system of government in history. Like a beaten wife, conservatives never waver in the face of evidence. She has the best husband ever

🚨#BREAKING: The woman who was randomly shot in the face 6 times and st*bbed to de*th while she was walking her dog in Atlanta GA has been identified as 40-year-old Lauren Bullis. The suspect, “Olaolukitan Adon Abel” was also allegedly in the process of se*ually assaulting her before neighbors came to the scene. Olaolukitan is charged with 3 other "completely random" shootings and the de*th of another woman. We do not have to live like this.

My point was not who benefits from technology, construction or ag, but who innovates in those fields. To purposefully disadvantage men in education and business in order to prop up women has negative effects. (And if you think women are maintaining the electric grid, look out your window the next time you have an outage. Dumbest take indeed)

Actually, the degrees men get are disproportionately (not exclusively) degrees that would pay for themselves without government subsidy. The promotions men get are actively discouraged by our civil rights regime for the last 40 years with the exception of the last year or so. People keep bringing up the voluntary traditional labor of wives at home as though my point isn’t exactly that the costs of having the wife at home are privately borne by the individual family, while the costs of the dual income family (like childcare) are offset in substantial part by the taxpayer and society at large. But there’s an easy way to find out which one of us is right: let’s enforce a ruthless meritocracy with no special benefits for women and find out!
🖤 Sophia 🖤@Richard_Vixen

Men get concrete subsidies for their “lifestyles” as well - government subsidies for degrees, encouragement towards career, notably unpaid domestic labor from wives - you just believe this is the natural order of things.
