I'm happy to announce that I have been awarded the first grant of @Kalshi's builder program. In the coming months I will be working on projects to help improve the Kalshi ecosystem and make the prediction market experience better for traders and developers. For security reasons, this project is open source; Kalshi API keys can make trades on your behalf so its best not to hide any code. + don't unit shame me I'm a college student programmer not a full time trader lol

INSANE Kalshi Mention Market Edge Before Trump’s Rose Garden speech, the WH stream caught him flipping his transcript - revealing the words “Chuck Schumer.” "Chuck Schumer" was trading around 60% odds to be mentioned. The first traders who noticed made thousands within minutes.

Turns out it pays to scroll twitter all day. Sniped the echo acquisition a minute after the news broke.

@probabilitygod Yeah I was quite surprised, also weird how there are still some 98c shares left on the order book after news is already confirmed.

@dkposts news move some markets apparently. btw really weird that there was no noticeable insider activity in this one, since its crypto native theme (and consequently familiarity with the space of the involved parties) makes it a prime candidate for it.
