Happy to receive the harvest (provisional degree) after three years of learning at AIIMS, Jodhpur, on the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti. I hope it benefits society. Yesterday was my last working day in the department, and I was experiencing mixed emotions. Grateful to AIIMS, Jodhpur, for everything! Indebted to the Department of Anaesthesiology and Critical Care for nurturing me during my residency. My faculty were kind and supportive in every way possible. A significant part of my learning over these three years has come from everyone I met. Teachers, seniors, colleagues, and juniors—both within and outside the institute—have influenced my perspective on Critical Care Medicine in a meaningful way. This demanding journey of rigorous training would not have been possible without the support of my friends and family. I am fortunate to have their constant love and encouragement. Thank you. Time to move forward ✌️🤝

Tip from a person who had survived #neetpg2024 , is to NOT engage in Groups/Forums/Petitions arguing against two shifts. Focus on your preparation and Revision. If #NBEMS has decided for two shifts, it'll happen in two shifts only. No ifs and buts... #neetpg2025

When I took #Anaesthesia lot of people told me patient recognition will be lost forever! I am just in 50 days of my residency, dere r many patients who comes in search for me on review PACs, coming to tell me d surgery is over &we r fine& leaving hospital!! Thankful &blessed😇

@witchdrkochi I think I am too early to talk about this!There is fellowship also in Oncoanaesthesia! I think Aiims is offering DM in Oncoanaesthesia. I don't know much about this 😇

@docsandywrites Why is there a 3 year course for DM Oncoanesthesia? Is delivering anesthesia for cancer surgery patients that much different from routine anesthesia that it requires an additional 3 years of training? I can understand for Cardiac or Neuro anesthesia, but for Onco?

My senior who is doing oncoanaesthesia told me the same! She told me to learn the basic management ,patient care & evaluation, skills u will acquire in this journey!! I was eager in doing procedures but I understands now that it's important to learn basics #NEETPG

@docsandywrites She is absolutely correct. Procedures are maybe like 5% or even less of all that's important for us. Take care of the rest and prowess with procedures will follow.

Most important lesson I have learnt in 2024: Never tell you fears to anyone!! People can use it in anyway 🙃 they can judge you in anyway!!
