@enhauto its the commander that wont update. Ive got the newer highland model 3. It HAS been working just wont update now. Ive got commander, knob and the strip now

@dylanando Great. Have you ordered the right product? There is an option for the legacy vehicles , as well as for the Highland and Juniper. Which Tesla do you own and which product did you get ? Wrong size means that the controller detects a longer or shorter strip for the model you own
