@DavidKlemitz @wrightg Trying to stay balanced across carbs, sugar, lots of protein but overall deficit I’m tracking is raw calories.

@wrightg Calorie deficit was key to dropping the weight and about an hour of cardio and 45 minutes of weights at the gym 4-5 days a week then at least one, maybe two days of soccer refereeing a week.
