🚨 Szokujący obrót spraw po strzelaninie w Bystrzycy Kłodzkiej. Instruktor strzelectwa usłyszał zarzut zabójstwa (art. 148 k.k.) po tym, jak śmiertelnie postrzelił napastnika.
Mężczyzna bronił się przed agresywną grupą, która chwilę wcześniej miała pobić kogoś pod sklepem. Co kluczowe – najpierw padł strzał ostrzegawczy. Dopiero gdy napastnicy nie odpuścili i ruszyli na niego, padło 5 kolejnych strzałów. Jeden z atakujących zginął na miejscu.
