Sen. Elizabeth Warren voted yes on major Ukraine aid bills during Biden's term, including the May 2022 $40B+ supplemental (passed 86-11) and the April 2024 $95B national security package (~$60B for Ukraine, passed Senate 79-18).
Congress appropriated ~$175B total in Ukraine supplementals FY2022-2024 (military ~$67B, rest economic/humanitarian), which she consistently supported via her votes. Senators vote on legislation, they don't personally approve dollar amounts.
