I think that's an entirely reasonable goal.
If he has been even moderately active over the years, the muscle is still there he just has to lose the fat.
Over the years I have trained with guys who were quite a bit overweight, but they were active, and the muscle that developed to keep them moving was significant.

Australian monochrome D&D modules are rare, early 1st Edition AD&D printings, particularly the "G" (Giant) and "D" (Drow) series, that are highly sought after by collectors for their distinct, limited color covers produced in Australia in the late 1970s.
