Gunplay tells the story of how he hit DJ Vlad with a bottle of lean and Rick Ross paying Vlad $300,000 after he sued.
On Monday (March 22), Gunplay was a guest on the Bad Speakers TV YouTube channel, where he discussed his career. During the chat, the former MMG rapper recalled the time he and members of Rozay's crew attacked DJ Vlad in 2008.
"How ’bout me cracking Vlad over the head, Super Saiyan style, like I'm finna dunk a basketball," Gunplay recalled. "And I hit him over the head with a bottle full of [Actavis]."
Rozay and crew's altercation with Vlad stemmed from tension over Vlad posting stories and doing interviews about Rick Ross' past as a correctional officer in Florida. Things reached a head when they ran into each other at the Ozone Awards in Houston in 2008 where the beatdown occurred. Following the attack, Vlad sued Rick Ross for $4 million. Ross ended up having to pay Vlad $300,000 in damages.
"I'ma tell you something [Rick Ross] did that was dope," Gunpaly continued. "He never told me about [paying Vlad]. I had to find out. He never said nothing to me. And you wanna know why? Because he took himself accountable."
Vlad reportedly suffered a broken eye socket during the altercation. There has been no love gained between Vlad and Ross since then.

This gentleman went to get a quick bite to eat, he ordered his sandwich the way he wanted it and when the employee rung him up, he tried to give the cash. The employee became annoyed and told him that due to a system problem, they couldn’t take cash and told him he would be throwing his sandwich away.
The gentleman even said that since it was an issue on their end could he just get the sandwich for free since it’s not his fault they couldn’t accept cash and the employee became even more annoyed and said no.
I have a feeling the employee was annoyed because he knew it was his fault he didn’t let the customer know beforehand what was going on, shouldn’t the employee just let him have the sandwich though?
