@KanwarSierah But they do ask for passport number while creating express entry profile! You mean to upload photograph ? I guess the solution should be to have an error message in the system if the passport is fake/ not valid/ passport doesn’t exists! Or try some other way with SIN, etc

One possible solution is to require applicants to upload their passport at the time of Express Entry submission, along with mandatory Use of Representative (IMM 5476) if applying through the Representative Portal (ARP).

Right now the message is that unless they speak French it will be difficult. Obtaining Canadian permanent residency is still certainly possible. Larlee Rosenberg continues to have a great track record in bringing people to Canada and helping them immigrate. That being said, Canada is without a doubt missing out on talent right now.
