@jackfifield Hi there. Sorry for the disruption you experienced this morning. We’ve just been informed that the Santander Cycles system issue has now been resolved, so everything should be working normally again. ^DD

@TfL the reporting on the Santander Cycles outage seems to say people with physical keys can still use them. I have a physical key with annual membership and it did not work this morning, I tried three bikes.
