@Crazy_Red_Eddie @WestJetNews @WestJet Nope. Only way to get rebooked is through Westjet otherwise you cancel and buy your own flight home and they are off the hook, which is why they want to take as long as possible so more people solve and pay for their own return.

@katpellatt @WestJetNews @WestJet Did he book through a travel agent or tour company, by chance? If he did, there will be an emergency number he can call for help. WestJet wait times are insane.
