@SamuelOnuha It is never this black and white... You can have the best product, the best website, the website email flow. But if you are only getting traffic through paid ads and your CPM shoots up to $100+, then you can only do so much.

If I had to start my e-commerce journey from zero today, this is exactly what I’d do. Pick a niche problem, not a broad one. Find proof of pain. Look at Reddit complaints, Amazon reviews, and TikTok comments. Build an irresistible offer. Combine product + bonus + risk reversal + urgency. Use AI to move faster. Chatbots for support, personalized email flows, etc. Launch ugly, iterate fast. The market doesn’t reward perfect, it rewards good feedback loops. Email marketing should be a big focus. Systemize before scaling. Automate fulfillment, support, and ads before you double or triple spend. Follow this blueprint if you want to hit your first 6 figures made with ecom.
