Only thing I can maybe see is Cruz messes with the ball a little more in his glove with the slider? But it’s hard to tell with the TV copy moving shots a few times

1) I watched this back a bunch of times and I don’t see a tip. Rocchio clearly picked up on something subtle.
2) the amount of people saying the Royals need to hit Rocchio next time they play is embarrassing

Man I really thought Hunter Brown was an A health grade guy. I suppose he throws hard but otherwise seemed like a clean bill. Only a handful of guys had better health grades preseason.

Home plate umpire Mark Wegner acknowledged Tuesday he lost track of the count in an at-bat that should've resulted in a strikeout for the Red Sox. "It was actually strike three," Wegner told a pool reporter after the Red Sox lost, 9-2, to the Reds. "Had anybody caught it, we can always go and call replay and check the count. I’ve never done that before. I’m not happy about it. Just made a mistake.”
