Is it weird that I know that I hit my peak stress when everything around me is crashing down when my digestive system physically revolts against me? And it's like "oh, there it is, that sucks", but gotta keep going anyway, don't show it, and try to laugh.

@mslorry Deep sympathy. I've just had the same. Apparently I'm going nowhere until Mr Tum says I can. And he's in no hurry at all.

@AEGrandomme Glad you learned skills you can still use as you wait, and I know finishing school definitely helped me too, I hope that will help you as well!

@mslorry Absolutely. Change of insurance has disrupted therapy, but I've learned skills that still help. Finishing college in May should also help. I'm sorry to hear so many stressful things are overlapping for you. It's always hard when loved ones' pain is out of our control.

@AEGrandomme Hopefully that was a good wake up call and you've been improving! For me, it's a bunch of hopefully short term stress, mostly family related, with divorce, surgery, and depression of loved ones hitting at the same time and me worried about them all and feeling hopeless to help.

@mslorry I don’t think it's weird, but reaching the point of my digestive system revolting against me is what was the final straw that made me start therapy four years ago.

I know it might be weird, but I can't help saying "I love my bidet" every time I use it. Totally worth every penny!
