TW couldn't even update one web page with the info the CEO provided let alone other channels. Still no water in our street after 70 hours. The handling of this needs thorough investigation. When the treatment works at Shalford were turned off at some point comms should have.. 2/3

@Carpetright Is it normal to wait 20 days since placing a carpet order for someone to call me back about when it will be fitted?! This is after leaving two messages and chatting to someone on live chat. Quite appalling service compared to my previous experience.
