@peakdesignltd Are these fasteners this fixable or replaceable? I’m surprised how quickly they unraveled. I take pretty good care of this bag.

@peterrhague When people with underdeveloped emotional regulation feel upset or frustrated, they often want to cling to those feelings. By offering a solution, they feel tugged away from that state of frustration and that can be jarring.

@joenatoli @Adobe I talk about it all the time. There’s no benefit and a lot of risk. It’s stupid.
English

Nobody ever talks about the MASSIVE downside of all software now being cloud-based subscriptions. Namely on days like today, when @adobe goes down and stays down for a period of 8 hours so far.
Ludicrous.

@DannPetty Figma will be obsolete in a matter of months. 🤷♂️

@DannPetty It would take like 4 hours to recreate dribbble…why hasn’t anyone?

Dribbble is over.
It has been over for years.
Stop going to it.
Nothing will replace it.
Design is in an entirely different world now a product like Dribbble wouldn't work.
With that said, the current management did NOT kill Dribbble. It was over with the last management that drove it into the ground to turn a profit. The new team is further destroying what was already destroyed but they shouldn't get all the credit for it.
Previously it was led by management that alienated the designers that made Dribbble what it was. The last management hated community (but pretended they loved it with a small crew.) I have proof and stories. I was sponsored by Dribbble for 2 years right before the drastic fall off.
The current team was left with nothing but their new decisions are running off anyone that is still left on that platform. It's sad to see as all of us that witnessed Dribbble would love to see it come back.
Money, though needed for business, can also ruin businesses if you don't keep your #1 the #1. Dribbble's #1 was us, the design leaders that built it up. Dan Cederholm dominated that. He embodied it. He was a designer and a leader and gave back more than most.
"ArE wE stIlL tAlKinG aBoUt DriBbBlE" yes bro. Dribbble was the best thing to happen to the design industry. I wish something like that would happen again so you can experience it too.

@elonmusk People said the same thing about steam, electricity, replaceable parts, assembly lines, and taxing rich people fairly.

Y’all still commit crimes against corner radius far too often for my liking... 💅
Therefore, meet concentric corners in @sketch. Thank us. 🫶
