Annnnd ... now my Facebook was deleted, too. I've been trying to fix that problem for about 6 months.

From a study in the US, "Disability accounts for most Long COVID disease burden, with women most affected.. Long COVID’s disability burden rivals that of Alzheimer’s and asthma. Yet Long COVID receives only 14% of its YLD(years lived with disability)-proportionate funding.. Conditions affecting mostly men receive 5.2 times more funding/YLD than those affecting mostly women.. Long COVID highlights opportunities for NIH research funding to better align with disability burden and address sex-based disparities." I believe that research on the treatment of long COVID should be prioritized over the development of long-range missiles. 'Long COVID disability burden in US adults' nature.com/articles/s4385…

@DrInfoSec @karlmehta I was going to say the same thing! He referred to multiple sources. Screenshots of the titles for 2, not all. No ALT text for the images. No description. Places quite a verification burden on the reader.

@karlmehta Interesting 🧵, but in the age of bots and anti-science, please provide links to SOURCES in your thread.

Harvard researchers put 24 office workers in the same room for 6 days. They changed one thing about the air. The workers didn't know. Then they tested their brains. Cognitive scores doubled. Here's what the air you're breathing right now is doing to your brain:

The results were not subtle. Green building air: cognitive scores up 61%. Green+ air: scores up 101%. Not on one domain. All nine. p < 0.0001. The only variable was the air.

Like - how the fk do you think people roll down the slippery slope from "mild" to bedbound and malnourished? #pwME are constantly treading a tightrope to manage the most basic tasks. Shut the hell up until you actually take the time to read and learn from others.

I saw someone suggest that pw moderate ME care for pw severe ME This is a total misunderstanding of ME. I have "moderate" ME (mostly houseb). I can hardly take care of myself. Nobody with ME can properly care for anyone else without risking deterioration.
