query i've pain in my both hand joints since a year, at a specific place towards the inner side, where i can feel the bone but not exactly at bone but a little side to it my background, i've been working out for 4-5 years now, and i started feeling this pain when i hit my triceps its been for a year now i've the pain, and it only increases when i hit triceps, specially when overhead or somthing, not when pull down and this pain usually fades away after a few days with slight pain in few moves or directions increases when i hit the same triceps again what could be the case and what are potential fix/remedy

I tried the same badly written injury prompt on Grok, ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini, intentionally wrote "hand joint" pain, even though the details were more about the inner elbow while doing triceps. Only Grok and ChatGPT caught that. Grok’s answer was surprisingly the most useful.
