Father got leukemia early 40’s and past away.
His mother got cancer in 30’s and passed away. And his father cancer in 70’s and passed away.
My mom diagnosed with MS at 50. Her brother schizophrenia in 20’s
This shows how on top of shit I have to be. Health is the most important thing in the world.

@NateSilver538 - post elon X has 10x less groupthink than pre
- maybe it is *that* hard
English

Yeah that sucked and was bad.
If you check out my history, you'll know I'm not afraid to criticize the mainstream media. I also had a lot of bad experiences on Twitter circa 2018-2021.
It should be a low bar to clear. I don't think the current iteration of X is clearing it.

Old twitter banned me after I DM’d the Hunter Biden laptop story. Eat me Nate.

Am I the only person who writes in complete, properly punctuated, capitalised sentences in Claude Code?

@muscleforlife they're dumb to get angry but telling ppl that statement is equally dumb

How do people need GLPs to get lean is beyond me.
Eating is quite literally a chore and I would not do it if I didn't need to in order to nourish myself. The idea that one needs drugs to suppress their appetite is ALIEN to me.
You need pills to starvemaxx because you can't handle your poor little tummy hurting a little bit:(
It's almost like your body will readjust if you persist in a new state and refuse to remain a spiritual pig.
99% of people don't have a will though, so we ended up artificially engineering things which give the outcome of will-based transformations.
However you cut short the inner development when you do that, so you remain the same goyslave, just with a different shell, still suffering from holding onto the same crippling layers.

@ruecambonx Ya same thing with girls who try to act like they're hot while wearing makeup, total frauds

@oliverbrocato isn’t that why you have a chief of staff so you can obsess on what moves the needle?
English

My Chief of Staff said something that's been stuck in my head:
"We're too obsessed with external.
Ads. Content. Growth. Acquiring customers.
Then treat internal ops like an afterthought.
The best companies go just as hard on what happens inside.
Process. Hiring. Systems. Accountability.
That's what actually holds it all together."
Brutal. But she's 100% right.
You can 10x your ad spend, but if your ops are broken, you're just scaling chaos.
Fix the foundation before you pour more gas on the fire.

What if Anthropic's plan to profitability is:
> Launch Claude Code
> Make it easy for people who can't code to build apps
> Everyone loves it
> Ship new features every week
> Every new feature burns through more credits
> Users hit their credit limits faster
> Soon their entire business runs on Claude
> Then raise prices a lot
> Everyone forced to pay otherwise their business dies
> They can't leave because they don't know how to code
> Anthropic revenue increases by 10x overnight
They're not selling an AI tool
They're selling a dependency

I'm on the peptide train.
After a week of BPC-157 (8 injections, 500mcg subcutaneous abdominal), persistent ankle tendon pain from a snowboarding injury a year ago is barely noticeable, and ankle mobility is significantly improved.
Chronic tech neck and shoulder pain is also much less present. No other significant lifestyle changes. Will still be on this cycle another 11 weeks, but seems positive with no observable side effects so far.
Yesterday I added TB-500 (1 injection, 2mg) as well, and in a week or two, I plan to add GHK-Cu assuming the first two are well-tolerated. I also plan to move to local injections of BPC-157 near injury sites while continuing systemically.
