@bt_uk when I went aboard last year I couldn't use BT "Roam like home" on my mobile. I couldn't make phone calls. I'm using a Google Pixel 6. My daughters are on the same plan, but their iPhones were fine. What can I check now from the UK for next time?

@LloydsBank It doesn't work. It doesn't recognise the sort code and account number.

@quigger Once the accounts have been transferred over to your daughter. They'll be able to register for online banking to manage the accounts. Here's a link below with some more details on how to register for online banking: spr.ly/6017B6BEMR ^Collette ☺️

Hi @LloydsBank my daughter has turned 16, what happens to the savings account I as a parent, and my mother as grandparent, have in her name please? Do we need to do something to transfer it?

@LloydsBank So she needs to know all the details (sort code and account numbers) of the accounts that might be in her name? And as these are not listed in the parent and grandparents accounts now (we will need to find paper copies?).

@LloydsBank We received the letters I think. However, how does my daughter access those (new) accounts as she does not have any login details with Lloyds? Ahh, maybe in a few days time as her birthday was in February. Ta, we will wait longer.
