@GoviaThame73211 🚞😤 Utterly appalling from the officious revenue protection officers at #haywardsheath #Railway station today. £108.80 penalty for my 16yo son, despite having a rail ticket. He mistakenly has a 16<25 instead of a 16<17 railcard which apparently is not valid! 😖

Disgusting treatment to 16yr old student travelling with reduced ticket (Haywards Heath <> Brighton). He had the 16-25 railcard and not the 16-17 one which apparently does not offer the same discounted fare. £100 fine 😖. Confused, upset, skint.
