My understanding is that INEC monitors party primaries. The questions are: at the point these people jumped from 100 to 1k etc, what did the INEC official present say? Or does the law only permit them to monitor but see or say nothing? What are the implications of this for the 2027 elections? An institution headed by a SAN and a professor should be very proactive.
