Any number of things but I think a good starting place is what king of shooting you want or like to do. It could be how you manipulate the weapon as in a bolt action vs semiautomatic. It could how cool you think it looks. How much recoil it has, some people are gluttons for punishment and like shooting 45-70. It’s really personal preference.

Nothing wrong with optimizing sleep, training, nutrition, and body fat first, that's smart. But if you're in your 40s with T sitting at 300, nothing natural is going to push it up more than ~100 points. That’s still suboptimal. It’s age-related decline, not a failure of willpower. Don’t be scared of TRT. Get your levels fixed properly and get your life back. Who’s already on TRT and glad they pulled the trigger? Drop your experience below
