Los Angeles's absentee ballot verification website went down during the 10-day window for voters to cure their ballots — right as reports flooded in that ballots cast for Spencer Pratt hadn't been counted. They're calling the race NOW — before July 6th — even though hundreds of thousands of votes still haven't come in.
