@novikoff @notboring 👏🏼 I cut back on coffee over 12 months back, it’s been good for me.
The exploration of variety of tea has been great, matcha is a regular for me too and decaf wasn’t as bad as I thought. Basically I drink more variety now.
And maybe have the occasional coffee.

Almost a week without a coffee.
Recently, I started drinking a lot of coffee, and it is definitely not good.
I replace it with Chai or Tea for now.
