Okay, so who exactly determines which demographic to cull? Are you just talking about those who have been convicted and sentenced to death? No, I do agree with executing those who have committed heinous crimes against other human beings, but not all prisoners are convicted of harming others. I was talking about those who commit petty crimes, for whom rehabilitation is appropriate. I’m sure there are plenty who cannot be rehabilitated as well. We just have to know the difference.
