@AskeBay if anyone needs working numbers, Executive emails, or my contact within the state of California DA’s office because @ebay is screwing u over, DM me, let’s get a “class” going. They will hold ur $ for 180 days and then send it to the state for you to wait even longer.

If @AskeBay @eBay suspends ur account permanently they lie to you for several month while keeping ur $. Then when you complain to state authorities, they push out the hold to 180 days and then “send” YOUR $ to the state then have to go through that long process w/them @verge

@TheBoostClub @AskeBay @PayPal They still owe me money, and suspended my account permanently. I don’t run, not gonna happen, but I do have plenty of flyer miles, and San Jose is only a 30 min flight. I’m not out of options.

@KolendaJacquie @AskeBay It’s over 72 days for me now… still nothing. I complained to the state of California. Got a letter back w/fax from eBay attached, didn’t resolve a thing, but I now have a fax number & name within their legal dept. faxing all evidence/info tomorrow. 🤞🏼

@turtle @AskeBay Same thing happened to me for no reason and still holding my money for over 30 days. Everything sold has been delivered also. It's crazy and they are hard to get in contact with.

@turtle @AskeBay Wow, this just happened to me, I always thought eBay was sketchy but I needed a part for my car that Amazon didn't have & the dealership said was going to cost way more through them. Everything worked out fine. Now when I've spent 500 and sold an item my account gets suspended.

@_rubixcube @AskeBay I actually reported them to the state of California, got a letter back with a fax attached to it from eBay. It said “they couldn’t find an account with my email or name”. I now have a fax number, a name, and tomorrow I’m faxing in all my proof to eBay.

@AskeBay Let’s be real @AskeBay @eBay you guys don’t care, you’ll gladly take your “selling fees” as soon as the item sells, but expect us to wait 72 days for payment. Your own buyers have to plead with you to pay us out, as they feel they have stolen from the sellers
