@eBay I purchase a lot on ebay my last 3 orders were sent via @FedEx they have lost every order. If I continue to buy from ebay I never want another item of mine sent threw fed ex. Because they are incompetent.

@eBay delivered successfully, instead of immediate suspension, there should be some form of guidance or training provided to help the seller improve. Sellers contribute to the platform and help generate business, so they deserve a reasonable level of consideration and respect.

The problem is simple: my listing did not say 1.2GHz. This item is not a complete drone, not a controller, and not a standalone transmitter. It is a detachable gimbal/camera payload for an Autel EVO Max drone. Meanwhile, eBay currently shows many (about 80) active listings for the same Autel EVO Max model family, including complete drones, gimbal-related parts, batteries, payload accessories, and similar repair assemblies. I understand eBay has policies. I’m not asking anyone to ignore them. I’m asking someone to verify the actual item instead of repeating a canned answer about 1.2GHz. If eBay can show where this exact Fusion 4N gimbal/camera payload operates at 1.2GHz, I’ll accept the decision. But so far, nobody has shown that. The responses just repeat the FCC rule without connecting it to my actual item. Please escalate this to someone who can review the product data and correct what appears to be a mistaken classification. I feel I have been treated unfairly here and I've been mistakenly targeted by an algorithm.

Hi @eBay, my case was closed saying item was delivered, but the tracking number is invalid and does not exist with USPS. This is false tracking, not a delivery. I never received the item and need this reopened for manual review.

@eBay can I get support through X? Online & telephone support is incapable of solving this problem. Problem: redundant orders from the same buyer ebay system not able to confirm the tracking number for both individual orders. Too many - now I’m Above Std status vs Top Rated.

@eBay I've been a member since 2001. What a garbage site this has become. I can not sell ANYTHING without paying to promote it. Just sold an item the got a whopping 2 bids, while the sponsored items got 3 to 4 times the price. My item was clearly buried. Cancelled my account. Useless.

@eBay I bought something on eBay and it send like a scam so I contacted the manufacturer and showed pictures of the item that I bought and they said that it was basically a scam. It was toilet bowl cleaner inside of it was rocks and blue dye so I definitely want my money back.
