inside the guide:
keyword research
how to write ad copy for cold traffic
audience targeting
landing page structure
exact KPIs to aim for
nobody’s running Google Ads like this
but it’s how we take brands from 6 to 8 figs

Repeat after me
Cold email is STILL the fastest way to grow a Local SEO agency to $10k/mo in 2025 🤯
We wrote an 114-page book on this that we wanted to sell for $39.99
But we’re making it free for the next 72 hours

$5K on Monthly Ad Spends
Only to reach the breakpoint. The pest control service has way more competition. The CPC range is from $7 to $30. To acquire a lead, need to spend a minimum of $100.
No organic leads
Just Google taking money
We created 73 location pages on Feb 1st
7 services
73 * 7 = 511 location pages
Each page focused on one service and one location
Proper internal link structure to speed up the indexing
After 6 months, the site reached 1500 organic visitors every month. Most of the traffic came from nearby service-based searches across the region.
It now ranks in over 40 nearby cities and brings in at least 3 calls daily. All leads come directly from Google Maps and organic search.
If you run a local business and still rely only on ads
You’re leaving long-term traffic on the table
Already shared the PSEO for Local SEO
If you didn’t get it

I automated 90% of our agency's operations in under 12 months.
Went from 80-hour weeks to just 35.
Here's how I built a system that runs without us:
1/ As a founder, I didn't want to be stuck in the same loop anymore:
- Working weekends
- Answering Slack at midnight
- Hiring more people just to stay afloat
Then I stepped back and reengineered the entire operation.
2/ Over 18 months, I built a system that runs our agency like clockwork.
It didn't just save time—It changed everything:
- Cut 40+ hours/week of manual ops
- Onboard clients in 60 seconds
- Spot churn risks a month in advance
- Scaled revenue 4X
3/ Here's what I automated:
→ Client comms with AI agents
→ Internal workflows across every service line
→ A real-time dashboard for tracking ops & revenue
→ Instant client onboarding flows
→ Predictive analytics for churn & upsells
4/ This isn't something I learned from just anywhere.
It came from years of hands-on experience — trying, failing, optimizing.
Now? My agency runs smoother than ever.
I'm no longer the bottleneck.
And you don't need to be either.
5/ I've packaged this into the complete automation blueprint for founders.
- How to start automation
- Core processes to automate
- Worth $7,500+ in consulting fees
But for the next 24 hours? I'm giving it away free.
Want the founder’s automation blueprint FREE?

Just leaked 110+ plug-and-play n8n templates that multiple industries are paying me $10K+ for.
Your weekend project: Pick any industry, copy-paste a workflow, start printing money.
The vault includes:
- Real estate lead machines (sold to 2 companies)
- Automotive inventory bots
- YouTube-to-TikTok content farms
- E-commerce customer journey automations
- SDR agents that close without you
- Healthcare patient follow-ups
- Legal document processors
- Social media engagement bots
From study agents (because fuck school) to manufacturing systems - every industry that prints money is covered.
The difference: These aren't broken templates with outdated nodes. They're battle-tested, profitable, and actually work in 2025.
Half sold for serious cash. Half are experiments that became goldmines. All are ready to deploy.
Follow, RT + Comment "vault" and I'll drop the entire collection before my accountant kills me for giving away the farm.
(Sorry to every consultant charging $10K for basic automations)

I've been bringing this Qingping CO2 air quality sensor along to random places, what I learnt:
- generally unless a window is open, my indoor CO2 level is ~1000, not great, when I open the window it drops to 500 (excellent) within 15 mins
- the moment I have a few people in a room, CO2 levels start rising fast, adds like 300 to the number, everybody's breathing out CO2 and you really need to refresh the air to get it fresh again
- if you're in rooms without windows, and it has central aircon/ventilation, 9/10 times the air is REALLY BAD. Yesterday went to a gym in a hotel without windows and it had 1500 CO2/ppm, which can make you drowsy, actually dangerous if you're squatting heavy weights
- you do feel a big difference between 400 CO2/ppm and 1000, it's just fresher and you're less tired
Here's my air sensor, not an affiliate link, just sharing, it also does the general stuff like PM2.5/AQI, PM10, humidity, temperature and seems roughly accurate, and it's USB-C! amazon.de/Qingping-Monit…

✅ Air quality sensor with USB-C and CO2 measurements By Qingping, I think they're somewhat related to Xiaomi but not clear inb4 China privacy, just don't connect it to WiFi and it's all good :) qingping.co Now I think everything I have is USB-C 💯 Life complete
