@Char1ieBennett that's why you can't rely on organic too slow in a market where speed is key

The quicker you can validate (or invalidate) an offer, the faster you'll start earning money. Because if it works - scale it. If it doesn't work - roll up a new offer and try again. All of this is possible with volume.

I swear, if designers would learn copywriting, they'd be making a bank. Now, all of this "Did I cook?" "A or B?" works for likes, but not cash.

@Syedpsd True thing is that it can be used for licensing .. it’s not a “great idea” that I would think would work but I’ve seen some crazy ideas get deals and make money from that show

I was watching this Shark Tank episode this other day The product was "Sticky Ties" Name pretty much explains the product And so they started listing out benefits "Oh you can reuse these sticky ties unlike our competitors, you have to throw those stickers out after using em once" man who tf wants to reuse a sticker? that's some bullshit Prime example of selling something the market doesn't need And it's wild because they genuinely thought it was a selling point. That's what happens when you get too attached to your offers, you fail to see the obvious flaws.

@ohheymasha True. If money’s the only fuel, the tank runs out quick. Intention makes the grind feel less like grinding.

@thewarnerbrand Doesn't this come down to the intention and motivation you start with? You're more likely to ride the waves, recalibrate, and pivot instead of giving up, if $ wasn't the sole motivation.

Hardest part of building online? Not the writing. Not the algorithm. Not even the strategy. It’s showing up when no one cares. When the posts flop. When the DMs are empty. That’s where most people quit. How do you push through those quiet seasons?

Trying to grow on X? Yeah me too. You’ll question your voice 100x Your breakout post won’t be the one you expect Your first 50 posts will feel like shouting into a void Consistency > strategy. Just keep showing up. The algorithm can’t help if you’re silent.

Most “lucky” people try more stuff than everyone else. They throw volume at uncertainty and learn fast. It looks like luck, but it’s really just reps.

I’ve seen founders post daily for months. What happens? Engagement grows. Revenue doesn’t. And that’s no good… Because attention without a conversion layer is just noise.

Does building in public destroy your credibility? I'm pretty open about my weaknesses on this platform (in regards to my work) I feel like if I were to start Cold DM'ing on here, my prospects would go through my profile and think "this guy doesn't know wtf he's doing" Regardless, I don't really care lol. I don't really plan on doing client acquisition through X just yet

The designers who win here do this: They post EVERY SINGLE DAY. My client, who scaled his design agency to $100K/mo, never skipped a day. Even though he was drowning in design work. Nope, this is not another "be consistent and you'll win" post. This is a logical explanation of why you should post daily, even if you're fully booked. You probably have good momentum on X. Leads come in left and right, life's good. Then you stop posting consistently as you're fully booked. I get it, you have no time. But here's why that's terrible: After you finish the projects, you have no more leads. Then it's a struggle to build back the momentum as you start from 0. Algo has reset. Slowly, you start catching momentum, but weeks or months have already passed with no cash flow. And it's a loop like this forever. But if you keep posting EVEN when you're fully booked... You're building up the momentum and never losing it. Sure, you might not have space for more client work, but your social media presence won't die out. When you're open for work again, you'll get clients quicker. To win constantly, you just have to be consistent.
