I did use a Dymo for a long time. But there must be similar or better solutions out there. Anything that lets a phone scan a card, then wirelessly generate a single QR code label. Take it even further - imagine a Wax Cache app for buyers, that they can scan cards and add to virtual cart with - and automatically applies seller controlled discounts like "Add 2 more cards and get 15% off your order!" etc... As a buyer I show you my stack, the seller's app already sees my stack in real time, and includes a scannable payment code. Now THAT is the future 😁

Imagine this:
You’re walking a card show.
You stop at a table and see a card you like.
Instead of guessing comps or asking for details…
you just scan it.
Instantly you get:
• Full card details
• The dealer’s price
• Real market context
No guessing. No back and forth.
And if you decide to buy it?
Add it to your collection in seconds.
No searching it up later.
No “I’ll log it when I get home.”
No forgetting what you picked up.
Your collection updates in real time as you collect.
This is what happens when physical cards and digital tools actually connect.
Wax Cache is building that bridge.

@roselleavenue I agree. Cards act like stocks, so why are we using static pricing? Right now you can bulk print labels for either cases or cards. I use a label printer, it prints 6 per page. I’ll for sure look into Dymo and other solutions. Is that what a majority use?
English

You get bulk updating going and you're going to have a lot of dealers get on board. Tag it once then control everything thru a phone or laptop? That's pricing heaven.
And since we're talking, a easy way to label. Dymo or something. Phone scan to QR code label spitting out and slapping on card and you will have people storming the gates to get on board, IMO.
English

@roselleavenue A user scans your QR code on your case and would be redirected to the public box page. Here’s mine:

English

@roselleavenue I don’t have bulk updating (yet) but yes, once you have a box created and cards in it, you can just update the prices of the cards in the app or on the desktop dashboard.
English

@CCCollectorTCG Haha no need for an Amazon list xD
There is a QR button on the card details drawer that pops up when you click on a card, you can print this exact label from there. I just use thermal paper or label paper with a sticky side and cut it/peel it off! 👍🏻
English

@wax_cache You need to set up a amazon list with what the labels are so I can find them easy :P

We’re still selling cards like it’s 2005.
Every card has a sticker.
Prices go stale.
Buyers have to ask for comps.
It slows everything down.
With Wax Cache, your box becomes your storefront.
Print a QR code → attach it to the box → done.
Now anyone can scan and:
• Browse every card inside
• See your prices instantly
• Compare against the current market
No friction. No guesswork. No outdated pricing.
Shows become faster, cleaner, and way more interactive.

@wax_cache Can you have individual QR's for higher end cards?
