Airbnb has pulled a fast one on hosts / homeowners under the guise of simplified pricing they have removed the Airbnb service fee by adding the 15.5% fee to the nightly rental rate so now it looks like Airbnb is not charging a fee and the homeowners are stuck with higher nightly prices making it look like hosts are charging more I've had 2 incoming stay inquiries the last two days, both asking for a discount off their total stay. And that is not normal for my property

I think this dodger regression is just a normal part of their human psychology. It’s basically the same team as last year. They had similar record and regression last year. I expect the bats to get hot mid September and still holding on to 1st place in the division. 👀

Things about the dodgers. I’ve still seen enough of Tucker. I’ve seen enough of Alfonzo as a back up catcher. TEO is on the borderline of my “I’ve seen enough”. Rushing has turned it around Need to address the LOB percentage The errors I believe to be an anomaly. It’ll correct itself. I still believe the dodgers to be in a regression for rest of July and for most of August. Just my opinion and thoughts.
