I’m a big Hunter Greene fan. I think the most important pitching performance by any Red all season occurred on 9/7, when the Reds beat the Mets 3-2 to pull within four games of NY. Hunter was great that day. I know not everyone is as bought in on Hunter as I am. Some fans and maybe some within the organization. Which is fine. Everyone has their reasons. But he has a huge opportunity and responsibility tonight. Starting game one of a best of three series on the road against the defending world champs with a stud throwing for the other team. He also has a chance to win some folks over. And maybe make some of them as much of a fan as I am. Hope he takes advantage.
