Navy Yard is a great, newly constructed community. It will not survive if violence and chaos are allowed to run unfettered. The trendy shops and restaurants will shut down, and then we'll all be lectured about "underinvestment" and "systemic racism."

@CoreyWriting In the 80s white kids used to do shit like this after heavy metal concerts all the time. The most infamous were Judas Priest shows. That song "Breaking the Law" got everybody riled up real nice. And yet civilization didn't end.

@CoreyWriting I remember Navy Yard, Waterfront, SE in general pre-Nats park. There's been millions of dollars spent to gentrify the space, bringing in huge & much-needed tax base. Mayor Bowser needs to come up with a plan. I'd go rubber bullets & RC agent.
