As soon as ICE is shut down, new leadership arranged, retrained, masks removed, unnecessary violence stopped, obedience to the constitution, specifically the fourth amendment, due process for immigrants assured (immigration appeals board then court of appeals petition if needed), and administrative warrants are abolished, I am sure that the rest of DHS will be funded. The ball is in your court.
