Season 1 - Amon: your typical villain, ideologist, followed by many and a power bloodbender... Able to overpower his opponent and take away their bending.
A very tough opponent for Korra, she barely got through it but understandable (Manageable)
Season 2 - Unalaq: A Uncle with a hidden motive, powerful bender but not on par with the avatar, used tricks and manipulation to get Korra on his side (which she easily fell for). Fused with Vaatu and destroyed the avatar cycle (an extremely annoying moment in the avatar franchise). She somehow managed to revive Raava but now remained the only avatar in the cycle. (Unforgivable but can live with it)
Season 3 - Zaheer and the Red Lotus: started out as a non-bender but obtained air bending due to the harmonic convergence in the previous season and gained the ability to fly, (even though he was a bum and got whipped around by tenzin) impressive. Also and ideologist and craved chaos, he's goal was to end the avatar cycle and start a new era as equals (cliche). Extremely traumatized Korra but she got managed through it with her mental health at the edge. (he was my favorite Korra villain).
Season 4 - Kuvira: don't even remember what it was all about, all I could remember was Korra getting mopped around IN the AVATAR state. Stop watching after that.
(That was the breaking point for me, very unmemorable season)
Maybe they should have reduced the villains or tried to make Korra not lose every battle she fought..
