Je koopt een kilo HOH gehakt bij de supermarkt voor € 10,58. Je krijgt: 30% water 40% tuinbonen- en bietenpulp 15% varkensvlees 15% rundvlees. Je betaalt dus € 10,58 / 3 ons = € 35,26 per kg vlees. Bij de slager betaal je € 14,90 per kg. DAT IS NOG NIET DE HELFT!
