If we evaluate board members appointed to various public health facilities and state corporations,we will be more angry and mad to why most of these hospital are in very pathetic states . Most of the appointees to these boards are a result of political connections rather than meritocracy and professionalism. Their work is to gather, drink tea, plan for vacations, then feast on allowances because they have no know-how of a hospital. Below is how they benefit.

This guy is called Wakili Collins Kiprono. Today, he stole the show during the empowerment event of Tsunami Beiby at Kapcherop, Elgeyo Marakwet County. Collo, together with his friends, mobilized Ksh 1.5 million, which he delivered during the function. He tops the list of contributors. President Ruto, CS Kipchumba Murkomen and Hon. Oscar Sudi came second with Ksh 1 million each. Isitoshe, I heard Hon. Oscar Sudi saying that Collo, through his networks, also facilitated the event logistics, including tents, stage and PA systems, with a budget of Ksh 1.4 million. So Collo precisely contributed close to Ksh 3 million to Tsunami’s event. Collo is said to be a close ally of CS Murkomen and is eyeing the Marakwet West parliamentary seat.
