Tesla's Matrix LED headlights that adjusts the brightness per pixel is pretty awesome. When there is a car directly in front of me it will dim the lights around the car and brighten the lights on the left and right side. So the person in front of me doesn't get blasted but their own left and right sides while they are driving are brightly lit making it a safer drive for me and for them. Does the same thing with oncoming traffic it's really trippy to see the first time. Funny enough it even does it driving through the neighborhood, houses that have open windows with lights on it dims over those. That's just a kind gesture not even beginning to be required.

isn't it great how basically everyone agrees that car headlights are way too bright now but nothing is done about it
