@gamestop I just had the same bad experience. In the launch rush, I wound up with a second Switch 2. Sealed in box, within 15 day window. Confirmed with a phone agent and have an online return slip, but two stores refused return citing sketchy (and inconsistent) “district manager policy”. I refuse to pay shipping and restock. I’ll find someone else to take it. I’ll think twice about being a @gamestop customer again.

@gamestop BE WARNED! GameStop may not honor their published return policy! I bought online and they refused to take BNIB Switch 2 back in store. They will only accept Switch 2 that have the physical MarioKart cart , NOT the digital download one that GameStop sent!

I try to read all of my Tweets and it’s maddening that the Twitter App forgets my position. This is table stakes in many of the 3rd Party Apps that are no longer available.
