@Breaking57 Cops shouldn't be inserting their opinions, especially in such a way as to make them look unprofessional. The law is plain and simple and that's all that matters.

Business owner goes ballistic over other people exercising their rights. The victims became suspects until vindicated. This footage captures a confrontation at Vibes Co. (Brewery, Eats, Fun) in Manhattan Beach, California, involving a group of men that were practicing their rights in the area and the establishment's owner, Michael "Mick" Drasnin. The incident began across the street from the business as the cameramen were approaching the crosswalk at the same time as Drasnin. Drasnin seemed bothered by the men filming and while he was crossing the street he threw an object at the cameramen. This of course prompted them to follow him to his business where chaos ensured. The situation reached a breaking point when the verbal sparring turned physical. In a moment that would eventually lead to serious legal consequences, Drasnin is captured launching a metal-framed chair and a bucket of water at the filmers. The "High-Risk" Intervention The drama took a tactical turn when the Manhattan Beach Police Department arrived on the scene. Responding to a 911 call that reportedly alleged a potential weapon was involved, officers initiated a "high-risk" or "felony" stop. The footage shows the intense moment officers utilized their patrol vehicle doors as cover while ordering the filmers to walk backward with their hands raised. Once the scene was secured, it was determined the cameramen were the victims, and the focus shifted back to the initial physical aggressor. That said, it sure took those police a long time to take those cuffs off the victims. The aftermath for Michael Drasnin was swift: Criminal Charges: He was arrested and charged with Assault with a Deadly Weapon (the chair) and Battery. Court Results: The case eventually concluded with Drasnin receiving probation and restitution requirements. While his defense argued he felt harassed and overwhelmed, the court maintained that physical assault is not a legal response to being filmed in public. Public Apology: Drasnin made several public statements and social media posts expressing regret for his actions. He attributed his behavior to a "momentary lapse in judgment" caused by the stress of the filming. Beyond the courtroom, Vibes Co. faced a massive wave of "review bombing" and public relations fallout that serves as a cautionary tale for business owners on how to—and how not to—conduct themselves in public.

In addition to my normal body cam videos, I will be sharing true crime body cam stories from time to time. These are usually long body cam videos that I will be editing down to a manageable size that won't lose too much detail for the story. As alway as the body cam can't show the entire story, I'll research case info to share in the caption. These are for entertainment and educational purposes.

He’s filming everyone at the market, but the police say there’s nothing they can do. Whose side are you on? A male videographer (the "auditor"), who is wearing a disguise for anonymity, is filming at an outdoor market. He is confronted by a market organizer (Kaylee Dolan) regarding his filming of vendors and attendees. A law enforcement officer arrives to mediate the dispute. The organizer expresses concern that the videographer is making vendors and patrons uncomfortable and asks him to stop or leave. The videographer asserts his right to film in a public area, refusing to comply with her request. The responding officer confirms that the videographer is in a public space where he has a legal right to record. The officer acknowledges the organizer's frustration but explains that, as no crime is being committed, he cannot compel the man to stop filming or force him to leave. The tension arises from the intersection of constitutional rights and personal expectations of privacy. Under the First Amendment of the U.S. Constitution, individuals generally have a protected right to film in public spaces (such as sidewalks, public parks, and plazas). This includes the right to film government officials and police officers performing their duties, as well as things that are plainly visible from those public areas. In general, there is no "reasonable expectation of privacy" in a public space. If something can be seen by the naked eye from a location where a person is legally permitted to be, it is typically legal to photograph or record it. While filming is a protected activity, it is not absolute. If filming crosses the line into harassment, stalking, or disorderly conduct—or if it is done to "clandestinely" capture private or intimate areas, it can become illegal. In this specific interaction, the officer determined that the videographer’s actions did not meet the legal threshold for a crime, which is why he could not intervene. If the market were held on private property rather than public land, the owners or organizers would have the right to set rules regarding photography or to ask people to leave. If someone refuses to leave private property after being asked, they can be cited for trespassing. The officer's inability to remove the videographer suggests that the location was either public property or that the organizer lacked the legal authority to exclude him from that specific area.

FREE CHUD ChudTheBuilder Dalton Eatherly This is the full initial hearing where General sessions judge H. Reid Poland III issued a $1.25M bond on May 15th following the self defense shooting outside the Clarksville courthouse 2 days prior. Does this look like an “honorable public servant” to you? How about a monitor lizard with that gullet? How about a tiny hat evangelical tyrant with pockets greased with lard? “If you interrupt this hearing you’ll be charged with contempt and thrown in jail for 10 days” and how about that psychotic power tripping smile after he said that?… Judge Reid keeps repeating Dalton is out on “multiple bonds for multiple cases” when his only other charge is a misdemeanor in Davidson county for not paying a $400 bill after restaurant staff kicked him out of the establishment after receiving phone calls from swatters. He also mentions this as a case of criminal homicide and not self defense from Joshua fox chasing Dalton across the street to continue assaulting him after he had walked away to deescalate. From an unbiased point of view, there were 7 spent casings recovered from the scene (even though only 2 hit Joshua once in the shoulder and one in the gut) hence the charge for reckless endangerment, one probably would have done enough to stop Joshua fox but then again there has been no news on if Joshua was armed or not or claims that Dalton saw or thought he saw a firearm which in that case, like anybody, you would want to make sure someone was fully incapacitated. Today on may 21st during the hearing it has come to light that daltons truck and home were searched (unclear if a warrant was issued by a judge) in where his firearms and electronic devices were confiscated as evidence without any probable cause for search and seizure. In this search what stood out was an airline ticket to Istanbul turkey set for tomorrow may 22nd which I believe is a plant to sow dissent among his supporters but they have also placed a gag order on him so if he gets out he still cannot say “I didn’t buy a ticket to turkey this is a set up” because they will just throw him back in jail in violation of his gag order, not to mention he’s already been debanked but they are preventing him from bond as his phone is confiscated for evidence which prevents him from accessing funds from his GiveSendGo account. So what do you think? Is this judge protecting the public by giving Dalton a 1.25M bond, issuing warrantless search and seizures and gag orders while giving a black man with premeditated intent to kill in a seperate case only a 250k bond or is this judge trying to (or told to) make an example of Dalton for exercising his first amendment and putting his entire life on trial? My sentiments remain the same. Niggers are terrorists and even the well mannered black people need to go back to Africa as they are segregationist all the same and unAmerican according to our founders in the 1790 naturalisation act. I also think the bigger threat to public safety are these corrupt courts all across the nation who serve only their private prison industrial complex for tax laundering and allowing crime ridden areas to fester as a steady revenue stream
