Last night boxing training from skipping to shadow boxing to bags workout after 1 hour class a 500 mtr run! Perfect exercises to reinforce joints increase stamina coordination balance reaction! A complete package for a stronger body and mind

Another great training session at La Perrera Boxing Club! An hour of endless Challenges.I would recommend at any age to test your body and discover how much potential you have that is waiting for you!

I would never tought that at my age (71) i could train in boxing and Sparring! For people that think is too late to experience new Sports,you will be surprised how you body can learn and improve! Go for it !!!

Amazing training at La Perrera Boxing Club!

In my journey of discovering new forms of fitness i have experienced Win Chun for the first time & to be honest i was a bit hesitant before however i have began to enjoy the training,amazing new moves & speed that apart for been effective are incredibly good for your upperbody

Decided yesterday to experience a 1-2-1 training session in Padwork with Callum from La Perrera boxing club and was intense hard with no slow moments! At the end i felt exhausted but rewarded at the same time

In my opinion Doctors should also study levels of fitness training to be able to advise and prevent people from getting sick not to just prescribe medicine once is to late !

One thing i learned from getting old is to be surrounded by positive people who you know will charge you with energy and optimism.Negativity is a monster that lingers on and pounce on you when least you expected!
