web3 gaming will never work because gamers hate crypto and will never touch anything crypto related (they are stubborn)

People think Axie can’t make a comeback. That said, I’m not sitting around waiting for it, but I know they can, and at some point, they probably will. All it takes is one breakout moment. An Angry Birds level reset that puts them back into mainstream attention. Could that be Atia’s Legacy? Maybe. Maybe not. The reality is, it doesn’t even have to be a web3 game. What matters is being ready when momentum comes again and actually capitalizing on it this time. I can’t judge them too harshly on 2021. It happened fast, and I don’t think they were fully prepared to maximize it. Because brands like this don’t really die. As long as they keep building, experimenting, and shipping, they always have a shot at another cycle of mainstream attention.

The beauty of Axie Classic is that it's like Chess meets Poker. Timeless. Good for tournament formats. Further development is a nice novelty but the core format should be preserved.

Also, gaming on a blockchain is not coming back
